We source the finest Beef, Pork, Lamb, Veal, Chicken and Game Meats only from local Australian suppliers. All of our meats come to us as whole fresh carcasses and are prepared fresh from the carcass for you, the only carton meat we do use is a few budget beef cuts (available in the beef section and labeled accordingly).

We have a gourmet smokehouse on site, where we make a comprehensive range of smallgoods, including Canberra's best beef jerky, we hire out spit roasters and you'll find many more products and services available to you whilst having a look through our online store.
