Smoked Hocks

Hand-made and smoked fresh in-store in our gourmet smokehouse. You can really taste the difference!

Note - Most commercial smoked hocks and cured meats are pickled, boiled, then flavoured with liquid smoke flavouring and never actually see a smoke house - ours are the real deal, contain no artificial flavourings (liquid smoke etc) and are gluten free.


Average hock weight is 500-900g depending on forequarter hock or hindquarter hock.

Meal idea: Thanks heaps Eva O'Brien for sending us some great photos of her pork and mushroom dumplings! Here's what she did: 
Pork and mushroom dumplings - boil Jordo's ham hock for stock, pull the pork and mix with mushrooms, garlic shallots, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, red chilli and wrap in home made egg noodles (see photo's for how they look).
